What we cannot help with
This is important, because it is the most common reason people write to us.
We are an independent publisher. We are not TotalAV, and we are not any other software vendor. We cannot help with a subscription, a charge on your card, a refund, a cancellation, a licence key, an installation problem or a technical fault with any product.
We have no access to your account, your order, your payment details or your subscription, and no ability to look anything up. Writing to us about a charge will delay you.
Contact the vendor directly through the support channel on their own website. If you cannot resolve it with them and you are an EU consumer, the European Consumer Centres Network assists with cross-border disputes, and in the Czech Republic the Czech Trade Inspection Authority handles consumer complaints.
We also do not provide individual security advice, and we do not investigate suspected infections on readers’ machines. If you believe a device has been compromised, your national cybersecurity agency publishes free guidance for the public.
Please do not send us
Payment card details, passwords, licence keys, identity documents or health information. We have no use for any of it, we do not want to hold it, and this email address is not a secure channel for it.
