1. Who operates this site

2. What this site is, and what it is not

Zlatoven publishes editorial articles explaining consumer security software. Using the site is free and requires no account.

This site is not a shop. We do not sell software, we do not process orders, we do not take payment and we hold no subscription of yours. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the vendor concerned, governed by that vendor’s own terms. Questions about a charge, a licence, a renewal, a refund or technical support must go to the vendor.

3. Advertising and partner links

This site is funded by advertising. Links labelled “partner link” are advertising links: if you subscribe after following one, the vendor pays us a commission. You pay the vendor’s own price; nothing is added for you, and no discount depends on using our link. Every such link is marked visibly and carries rel="sponsored nofollow". We disclose this at the top of every page, next to every button, and here.

4. Nature of the information — no advice

The content of this site is general information and editorial opinion. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice, and it is not a substitute for the vendor’s own documentation.

Product features, tiers, platform support, system requirements, prices and terms are set by the vendor and change without notice. Where anything on this site differs from the vendor’s own current information, the vendor’s own information prevails. Verify before you buy.

We give no guarantee of any outcome. No security product prevents every compromise, and nothing on this site should be read as promising that one will.

We take reasonable care to be accurate and we correct errors openly — see the corrections procedure. We do not warrant that the site is free of error or continuously available. Articles carry a publication date; information may have been overtaken by events since.

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts; consumers may also use the European Consumer Centres Network.
